- Taking you through purchase and payment options

- Explaining your exit options to you

- Finalising your contract and rental income instructions

- Completing a 7-day cooling-off period

Tenant Matching

The homeowner is matched to a pre-qualified tenant. Our management partner works with the tenant and local authorities to ensure the tenant meets the funding requirements.

Production

The tenant is given the opportunity to upgrade the specification of the property and the tenant will cover any of these further costs. The order is then sent to our factory based in the UK. 

Delivery

Our manufacturer delivers the finished unit to the pre-designated location. 

Returns

Meanwhile, our managing partner finalises the contract, the tenant moves in, and the contract begins.  Monthly rental income is collected and redistributed to the homeowner. This can be done monthly, quarterly, or annually, the choice is yours.
